摘 要：Scholars in the organizational culture domain were striving for several decades to create the most reliable tool for quantitative assessment of organizational *** the paradigm wars in the 80s ,researchers proposed multiple tools and scales for assessing organizational *** several frameworks were accepted by the majority of scholars as adequate methods,they still possess certain *** content analytic exploratory study aims to propose a new approach to organizational culture research by combining a very classical method--Organizational Culture Profile instrument-and web-based content *** transforming OCP values set to a coding scheme and implementing it for analysis of video game industry online job advertisements was discovered that,this approach will allow to explore organizational culture values using external *** study introduces new approach of using classical culture assessment instrument which creating opportunities for further research.
