摘 要：This paper explores the history of how the pork industry has developed in *** backyard farming systems,to an industrialized process focused on maximizing production and profit without considering the ecological *** environmental degradation caused by the industry can no longer be *** influencing factors for meat consumers to contribute to changing the sustainability of production are being *** consuming pork is being compared to breathing for many Chinese,the trends for meat consumption is slowly *** shift from fast economic development to increasingly caring about the environment is undergoing,which is why making people think about the food choices they take and the power each person has to contribute to a better environment for all of us is *** paper will look not only at the degradation pork production and consumption already has caused in China,but also what are the important factors in being able to implement change,both on governmental-and personal level.
