摘      要:This study specifically aims at determining the effect of favoritism and work family conflict on job burnout and its relation with turnover intention of the employees’ in private organization: Under the moderating role of *** survey was completed by self-administered questionnaires and data was gathered from employees working in different private sector organizations of *** and Hayes(2013)process method was used for moderation *** indicate that Favoritism and Work-family conflict is positively related to Job *** addition,Islamic Work Ethic moderates the relationship between Favoritism and work family conflict on job burnout,leading to the Turnover intention of the *** study provides with an awareness with evidences that could be positive which the organizations could be adopted to ensure the constructive performance of the *** limitations and future directions are also discussed in the study.
