摘      要：This thesis analyses the driving force behind the Czech President Milos Zeman,and using a three-level analysis,puts it into comparison with relations between the Czech Republic and China,and the EU and *** three-level analysis was implemented by Kenneth Waltz,a well-known American political *** book Man,the State and War analyzes the reasons behind *** thesis uses the three-level analysis to analyze the reasons for the Czech Republic s change of foreign policy which brought about better relations with *** three levels are:the Czech President Milos Zeman,the Czech Republic as a country and the European Union with a stress on Central and Eastern European *** the changes in the Government of the Czech Republic in 2013,big steps have been taken towards a better relationship with China,as politicians lead by Zeman fought for the improvement of the mutual relationship and the restoration of the cooperation between the Czech Republic and *** effort was rewarded with the first visit of a Chinese President in the history of the Czech Republic,and Pavel Nedved,the world-famous Czech football player,became a face of the Chinese football Super League next to David Beckham.
