摘      要：With the deepening of the market-ideas, college students ideology have been influenced a lot. In the party central committee and the state council on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education in the opinion of a proposed to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in the main tasks including to the ideal faith education as the core, in-depth sets up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and values education. We can see the importance of ideal-faith-education in college. Among the existing research findings, most scholar payed close attention to common causes, but ignored the individual ideality. As one ideological educator, the author focus on the individual ideality of college students, and investigated the condition of college students ideality about livelihood, occupation, and personality. In the end of this issues, the author put forward some suggestion on the college students ideology education, excepting to initiate the discussion on this problem.
