摘 要：Made in China 2025 Strategy requires a large number of high skilled talents,which the high-skilled talents are the core backbone of skilled workers and a significant force to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological *** this study,combined with automotive spraying industry characteristics,four cultivation strategies are established by the construction of the system of high-skilled talent formation,training mode of on-campus+on-job highskilled talents,the common trail of national certification and enterprise certification and the star system spiraling excitation in order to create a new growth path for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in automobile spraying.
