基 金:Yue Zhang is a professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing. He received his Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing in 1993. He was sponsored by Anthony Mason Fellowship JSPS and China Scholarship Council in 2000–2003 as visiting professors in Australia Japan and USA. His research focuses on low-dimensional semiconductor materials and nanoscale service behaviours. He is committed to combining material research with major national defense requirements and has made systematic and innovative outstanding contributions in basic theory fabrication technology and engineering applications

摘 要:In the huge family of metal,copper(Cu)is one of the earliest documented used materials and is also widely applied in modern *** to the superior electrical,thermal,and mechanical properties,Cu has been extensively used as electrical conductors,thermal dissipaters and structure ***,most of these applications are based on the polycrystalline Cu that can be produced at large scale through mature manufacturing techniques.
