摘      要：By calculation of thermodynamics,analysis of crystal structure and study of TEM and eletron probe,it is first discovered that SiO2 can be acted as one of the heterogeneous nu- clei for lamellar intergorowth eutectic(austenite and cementite)crystallizing in modified as-cast medium manganese steel.
