摘 要:Plasma membrane proteins,especially transmembrane receptors and transporters,play central roles in the maintenance of cell homeostasis and in the adaptation of the cells and organisms to changes in the *** transcriptional regulation,protein targeting,posttranslational modification,ligandbinding,protein-protein interactions,and protein degradation are all key regulatory processes that can influence the abundance and activity of these receptors and *** research in the last decades have shown that posttranslational modification with the small modifier protein ubiquitin is crucial for selective protein degradation.
