摘 要:Neutral aqueous zinc batteries(ZBs)using mild aqueous electrolytes such as ZnSO4 solution exhibit intrinsic security,non-toxicity,low cost, simplified assembling process, and high energy density, which sweep out consumer s concerns about safety[1,2].These advantages promote this field to develop rapidly at multiple aspects ranging from the advanced cathode design to the functional/smart device assembly[3,4].However,the controversial standpoint whether Zn dendrites exist during the charging/discharging processes in neutral/mild electrolytes is still under *** researchers demonstrated commercial Zn plates without further treatment were capable of driving highly reversable Zn plating/stripping courses in a non-dendrite manner[5-7]whereas others,by virtue of radiography and optical microscopy, clearly visualized the appearance of Zn dendrites that caused internal short circuit and severe battery lifespan deterioration[8-11].
