摘 要:A copper catalyzed stereoselective[2+2]cyclization has been developed,providing a concise protocol to the direct construction of diaryl-substituted cyclobutanes in up to 99%yield with up to95/5 ***,the enantioselective version of this reaction has also been achieved,leading to a series of optically active diaryl-substituted cyclobutanes with up to 94%ee.
