摘 要：From December 26 to 27, 2005, the National Construction Working Conference was held in Nanjing. Zeng Peiyan, member of CPC Central Politburo and vice prime minister, sent congratulations message to the conference. Wang Guangtao, head of Ministry of Construction, made the working report, in which he concluded the construction work for 2005 as well as for the “tenth-five year period, scheduling the key work for 2006 and specifying six major tasks for the sustainable and healthy development of construction work.
