摘 要:Unlike normal cultivated tomato, Aft/Aft atv/atv (also known as Indigo Rose or Sun Black) is known to accumulate anthocyanins in the peel of its fruit in a light-dependent manner. Three recent studies reveal a transcriptional network regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis in tomato fruit. Mutations of key factors in this network make Aft/Aft atv/atv tomato able to produce anthocyanins in fruit.
