摘      要：To study the economic development for the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. We seleCt a typital reston-Qingchuan County in Province Sichuan. In this paper. the ecological economic pattern and developing strategy Of Qinschuan county were expounded and proved. ThebaSiC thought and method of research were described. Finally, two kinds of the sptem of modelthat applied in our study successfuly were introduced.
