摘 要:The Mycobacterium tuberculosis NDA in the macrophages from the different clinical specimens,such as ascites,pleurorrhea,CSF,BALF and blood,is detected with polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The results indicate that the test specificity is 96%,the precision is 92% and the sensitivity is 88%.The Separated and purified macrophage in a good specimen in the detecting TB-DNA by *** test specificity and precision are *** test is a good method of the diagnosis of the tuberculosis,specially the patient with the outer-pulmonary *** exact significance in the basic theory and the clinical practice are not *** it will be investigated further.
