摘      要：A new and ancient solid-state reaction using K3Fe(CN)(6)/KOII to oxidize diaryl semicarbazides for preparing azo compounds has been reported. Nine N-aryl-2-phenyl-diazenecarboxamides have been synthesized in excellent yields with simple instrument.
