摘 要：Objective To observe and measure the lumbar facet joint angle of patients with degenerative spond ylolisthesis and normal people and estimate the relationship between sagittal facet joint and degenerative spondylolisthes through CT *** Thirty seven persons without back problems and 24 patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis were collected as studing *** facet joint of L 3～S 1 were scanned with CT and the facet joint angles were *** Except for degenerative changes,the facet joint angle at L 4～5 was much smaller in patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis than that in normal *** Over sagittal inclination of the degenerative facet joint is one of the most important factors which could cause degenerative spondylolisthesis.
