摘 要：Objective:To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive surgical management of primary venous reflux disease in lower extremity. Methods: Comprehensive surgical management was performed on 146 patients(168limbs)with primary venous reflux disease between February,1996 and sepy,2004. All limbs were performed with superficial venous operation and external valvuloplasty of femoral vein ***: Venous claudication,swelling,and aching disappeared in 90.4% of limbs(152/168)and apparent improvement in 9.6% of limbs(16/168).All varicose veins were gone. Deep venous valve sufficiency was demonstrated in 92%(155/168) of the limbs by color duplex. Conclusion: In the patients with severe primary venous reflux disease,Surgical management with external valvuloplasty might greatly improve the clinical effect.
