摘      要：In response to the recent allegation of RFA Radio Free Asia that officials in the Kuerle region of China抯 northwest Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region took coercive measures in implementing the family planning program, the National Population and Family Planning Commission (NPFPC) sent a team to Kuerle to conduct a survey. The results of the survey proved the allegations to be false. The following is a report by Dr. Liu Hongyan, a member of the team, about the survey Editor.
