摘      要：On occasion of the 20th anniversary of the revival of comparative literature in China, this article comprehensively and systematically reviews its process of growth since 1979. At present, it is already firmly established in the academic fields both at home and abroad. With the advent of the new year, it can be predicted that comparaive literature will be able to play a significant role in the future by further adapting itself to the needs of time, and contribute to the development and prosperity of pluralistic culture in the years to come.
