摘      要：Taboos refer to words that people can’t, dare not or are unwilling to speak with. Due to the growing economy, more and more chance has been given to Chinese and westerns in cross-cultural exchanges. Different Taboos between English and Chinese due to different cultures have become the focus to understand. This paper will list the taboos between Chinese and English in international communication. In order to help better intercultural communication and avoid unnecessary cultural conflicts in international exchanges.
