摘      要：Gastrointestinal stromal tumor is rare, which arises from the mesenchymal tissues in the gastrointestinal tract, and it is extremely rare in the appendix. Only a few cases have been found in this location to date. Although the annual incidence of lower gastrointestinal bleeding has been increasing, bleeding related to the appendix is quite rare. We herein present a very rare case of gastrointestinal stromal tumor incidentally found by appendiceal hemorrhage.
