摘 要:Case background At the end of December,2011,the Mediation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce received a complaint call from a Ukrainian steel company,who claimed a compensation for the poorquality keels it imported from a Hebei building material *** the exporter refused the compensation as it denied that the commodities had any quality problems at the time of port departure.
