摘      要:A series of retinoate and retinamide derivatives were designed, synthesized, and their anti-tumor activities were investigated in NB4 by MTT and flow cytometry assays (FCM). All compounds showed cytotoxicity, especially compounds la and ld exhibited a higher cytotoxicity than other derivatives and all-trans rethaoic acid (ATRA).
