摘 要：Kidney disease is a worldwide public health *** prevalence of end-stage renal disease （ESRD）, a final outcome of kidney disease, has increased progressively in the past decades and has emerged as a great burden to the healthcare system in China. Glomerulonephritis is still the most common cause of ESRD in China. However, the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension are increasing dramatically. There are modifiable risk factors for the development of progressive renal dysfunction.
