摘      要：This paper analyses the scope of application of the Rotterdam Rules from the points of Geographical scope,combined transport,various kinds of applicable contracts for the carriage and performing party by comparison among the Hague Rules,the Hague-Visby Rules,the Hamburg Rules and the Rotterdam Rules as well as Korean Commercial Code and Chinese Maritime Code.
