摘 要: The genus Lappula (Boraginaceae) consists of about 61 species distributed throughout the world, particularly,in the dry and desert zone. Among them, L. myosotis and L. heteracantha have been used as an important folkmedicine for anti-inflammatory and anti-bacteria. [1,2] In order to find bioactive principles, the chemical constituents of Lappula anocarpa were investigated and a novel terpenoid 1, named lappulanocarpine, was isolated from the alcoholic extract ofthe whole plant. Its structure was characterized by means of various spectroscopic methods, including intensive 1D-NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT), 2D-NMR (gCOSY, gHMQC, gHMBC) and HR-ESIMS, as wellas IR and UV.
