摘 要:A procedure was developed for determining trace amounts of cadmium and copper in mother vein blood and foetus umbilical cord blood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The detection limits for ^111Cd and ^63Cu are 2.0mg/L and 3.0mg/L, respectively. The analytical results for the standard reference materials cow whole blood GBW09133 (Cd) and cow serum GBW09131 (Cu) agree well with the certified values. This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate.
