摘      要：A novel enantioselective synthetic approach to 1,4-benzodioxane lignans was reported in which (2R, 3R)- and (2S, 3S)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-1, 4-benzodioxan-6-carbaldehyde were first synthesized.
