摘 要：To observe the therapeutic effect of different drugs used in stellate ganglion block (SGB) on migraine, 80 patients suffering from migraine were randomly allocated into two groups. In group A STB were treated with mixture of lidocaine, vitamine B complex and txiamcinolone acetonide, while in group B nimodipine was also added. The analgestic duration and effect were measured by double－blinded. The analgestic duration in groupB was significantly longer than in group A and the complete pain－relieving percentage was significantly high (P0.05) in group B.
