UVARIGRANIN:A NEW ACETOGENIN FROM UVARIA GRANDIFLORA ROXB

摘      要：A new Annonaceous acetogenin, named uvarigranin(I),was isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Uvaria grandiflora Roxb, together with the known isodesacetyluvaricin (II) Their plane structures and relative configurations were established on the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic methods. Compound I belongs to a mono(-1)-trahydrofuran (THF) type acetogenin with an unusual acetoxy group at the adjacent carbon on the THF ring.
