摘      要:Based on the analysis of application and development of optical integration technology in the optical active devices, this paper presents an overview on the basic optical integration platform such as SiOB (Silicon Optical Bench), PLC (Planar Lightwave Circuit), PIC (Photonic Integration Circuit) as well as OEIC (Optical and Electronic Integration Circuit). Also, the evolution trend and the prospective development are demonstrated and in conclusion the OEIC hybrid integration of Ⅲ-Ⅴ and silicon would be the future way of the optical integration technology evolution.
