摘      要:The advancement of a systematic inve stigation on the modeling of cylindr ical alkaline cells is *** analysis utilizes t hermodynamic and kinetic informati on to predict alkaline cell performa nce under low discharge *** modling has taken into consideration detailed information on the chemistry of electrode reactions,mass tranport of dissolved species,p hysical and chemical properties of t he electrolyte and solid phases,and in ternal geonetry of cell *** model is capable of predicting alkaline cell performance under a variety of dicharge *** model also p rovides information regarding inte rnal cell changes during *** model is the basis of a rational approach for the optimal design of cells.
