摘      要：The People＇s Republic of China （hereafter PRC） has been a strategic partner for the Latin American and Caribbean region, as revealed by the unceasing efforts made by both parties and as displayed in China＇s Policy Papers on Latin America and the Caribbean （LAG）, published in 2008 and 2016. Both LAC are significant axes for carrying out China＇s comprehensive opening up policy In particular, since the beginning of the 21st century, with the steady deepening of economic globalization, the trade and financial relations between China and Latin America have achieved unparalleled leap-forward growth.
