摘      要：INVENTION OF GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPY Gastrointestinal endoscopy is an important diagnostic and therapeutic tool in our daily medical practice. The evolution of endoscopic technologies from simple tubes to the flexible scopes of today was achieved by cooperation between physicians, surgeons, technicians, and manufactures.
