摘      要：On July 18, four former Chinese ambassadors to Thailand and their wives attended an event celebrating the 40th anniversary of China-Thailand diplomatic ties, held at China Culture Center in Bangkok. They recalled events and stories happening in the course of the development of the bilateral relations and expressed wishes for the continued friendship between Chinese and Thai *** are here because of love and the 40th anniversary of China-Thailand diplomatic ties. It is a rare opportunity for the four former Chinese ambassadors and their wives to gather here in Bang- kok,＂ the chairman of the Committee for China-Thailand Cultural Promotion said at the opening ceremony for a series of celebrative events.
