摘      要：To the editor： Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus （ILVEN） is an epidermal nevus reflecting genetic mosaicism.1It resembles linear psoriasis clinically and histologically, and there are no generally accepted pathognomonic features.2 Therefore differentiation of the two diseases has always been difficult in clinical settings.
