摘 要：A distributed control system is designed for plasma spraying equipment and the configurations of system software and hardware is discussed. Through founding an expert database, the spraying process parameters are worked out and the initialization and control of spraying process are realized. The plasma spraying system with this control configuration can simplify the spraying operation, improve automation level of spray process, and approach the experience criterion as soon as possible.
