摘 要：Flecainide is an antiarrhythmic drug with Vaughan-William class Ic action, produced by 3M Company Riker Pharmaceutical Factory of USA. We cured a patient with acute flecainide toxicity, who unintentionally took 1.8 g (18 tablets) orally at one time.
