摘      要：Three cases of differing types of doubleparasystole are reported:atrial parasystole com-plicated by A-V junctional parasystole,atrialparasystole complicated by ventricular para-systole and double ventricular parasystole arisingfrom 2 different *** 3 patients all sufferedfrom organic heart *** first case ofatrial and junctional parasystole was complicatedby Woff-Parkinson-White(WPW)*** sinus,atrial and junctional impulses activat-ed the ventricles through their respective specificconduction pathways,resulting in 3 differentQRS patterns.
