摘 要：A family with a high incidence of leukemia wasinvestigated and followed up for 10 *** to now,7of 48 members in this family had acute *** aberration was found in 3healthy members,2 of whom were found to have 47,XX,+5,-8,+Mar,del（7）(q-q)and 45,XO,-Ychromosomes and developed this disease 5 and 7 yearslater *** analysis suggested that thehereditary defect in the family should rest on the ma-ternal *** is considered that hereditary factorsplay an important part in the pathogenesis of leukemiain the family.
