摘 要：Primitive neuroectodermal tumors （PNETs） are a rare group of small round cell tumors belonging to the same family of tumors. According the primary location, the neoplasms were divided into central and peripheral PNET （pPNET）. Renal PNET was extremely rare. We report two cases of renal PNET conformed operationally and pathologically.
