摘      要:Nanocrystalline CdS films of different sizes and thicknesses were electrochemically prepared on ITO,The films exhibit size quantization effects,mainfested by large blue-shifts in their optical sbsorption *** Surface Photovoltaic Spectroscopy (SPS) Of these films shows particular photovoltaic behavior,It is for the first time to observe size quantization effects and a blue shift in the SPS of CdS films.
