摘 要:To the Editor:Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct(IPNB)may occur in the setting of primary sclerosing cholangitis,choledochal cysts or hepatolithiasis[1].The entity may be a precursor of cancer or intrahepatic *** carcinoma,tubular or mucinous adenocarcinoma is present in approximately 40%-80%of IPNBs[1–3].IPNB is frequently found in the resection margins of patients undergoing hepatectomy for cholangiocarcinoma[4].
