摘 要:We developed a compact fiber-pigtailed 256-channel AWG module with 1.5% A waveguides. By monolithically integrating spot-size converters with input/output waveguides, we achieved a low insertion loss of 2.6-4.1 dB with a low background crosstalk of-40 dB.
