摘      要：Light volleyball, as a mass sports activity, possesses three characteristics:sports, leisure and entertainment. It forms on the basis of traditional competitive volleyball and it has good practical performance. Light volleyball is widely accepted by sports lovers and it is the typical sportmade in China. This paper studied university students’ interests in light volleyball It aims at increasing students’ interests in light volleyball;generalizing light volleyball; laying de foundation for improving students’ physical fi tness; providing reference frame for national fi tness and the implementation of school sports.
