摘 要:Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), a member of the family Arteriviridae, repre-sents one of the most challenging pathogens in the swineindustry, with serious economic impact. Unfortunately,despite widespread application, vaccination has not beensuccessful in effectively controlling the virus, mainlybecause of the limited cross-protection among differentstrains (Kimman et al., 2009).
