摘      要：Myxomas are rare benign tumours,with an estimated incidence of 0.5 per million of population per year.1It is most commonly of left atrial origin （75% to 90%）,less commonly right atrial （10% to 25%）,and rarely ventricular （1% to 4%）.2 Right atrial myomata generally presents as right heart failure,with signs of tricuspid valve *** association of pulmonary embolism with right atrial myxoma has been recognized at autopsy for many years.
