摘 要:The emulsifiable conditions of composite collector(FP-2)inindustry are systematically re- searched in the paper. It is foundthat types of the emulsifiers, emulsification temperature, the mixedproportion of FP-2 to emulsifier are the important parametersaffecting emulsification effect rutile flotation targets. When Theproportion of FP-2 to emulsifier(E-4)is 100, by means ofemulsification of mechanical stirring, the rutile Flotation recoveryis 85.6/100 and the grade is 75.3/100, which approach the flotationtargets of FP-2 used as col- Lector by ultrasonic emulsificationunit.
