摘      要：Objective:To explore the feature of depression in senile patients with Lacunar infarction (LI)and its related ***:The level of depression of 126 senile LI patients identified by CT or MRI was measured by *** between 76 cases of depression and 50 cases of nondepression on sites of infarction ,number of infarction,clinical nerve function limitation score(CNS),past history and educational level was ***:Among 126 senile LI patients ,there were 76 cases(60.3%)with depression;Multiple cerebral infarction,Subcortical cerebral infarction were commonly associated with depression;Patients with multiple and subcortical infarction got significantly higher score of depression than those with single and cortical *** with history of hypertension,diabetes, coronary heart disease or low education were more frequently found in the depression group compared with the non depression *** was significantly and positively correlated with ***:The biological and psychosocial factors can play important roles in depression of senile lacunar infarction.
